Rear Admiral (Retired) Doug Small is a distinguished naval officer with a strong background in engineering and acquisition. He has held leadership positions in various naval organizations, including the Program Executive Office for Integrated Warfare Systems and the Naval Information Warfare Systems Command. Small provides his insights on naval warfare, technology, and leadership.

Neal Byrd

VP of Federal, Latent AI

Neal Byrd is a multi-disciplined public sector sales leader who has more than 29 years of experience leading, scaling, and over delivering on revenue goals for public sector enterprise software sales teams. Neal is serving as the VP of Federal for Latent AI offering edge-based mission critical artificial intelligence models to enhance better decision making for all of those who serve in the U.S. Government.

Tommy Gardner

Chief Technology Officer, HP Federal

Tommy Gardner is HP’s Chief Technology Officer for HP Federal, spanning the US Federal Agencies, Higher Education, K-12 Education, State and Local government customer segments, as well as Federal Systems Integrators. His current responsibilities include technology leadership, strategic technology plans, product and technology strategies, sales force technical support, and customer and partner relationships.
